• We have carefully curated a curriculum that reflects the best of contemporary science and practice in early childhood development. We are recruiting the community’s most sought after early childhood educators, with the experience and passion to bring joy to the children and families who walk through our doors every day. We are building a campus second to none, with a wrap-around developmental environment that includes premium, whimsical furnishings and play environments designed to maximize the developmental potential of each child.

• Development and learning are a dynamic process that reflect the complex interplay between a child’s biological characteristics and the environment, each shaping the other as well as future patterns of growth. All domains of child development—physical, cognitive, social and emotional, and linguistic (including bilingual or multicultural development), as well as approaches to learning—are important.


• Brynmor has adopted the HighScope Curriculum for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. The curriculum will come alive in our indoor and outdoor environments through the deep knowledge, theory and practice of our educator teams.


• For infants and toddlers this means implementing a curriculum that is “designed to guide and support educators in build trusting relationships with our youngest learners so they feel confident to explore and exercise their creative imagination through purposeful play.”


• For preschoolers the curriculum is “a comprehensive, research-based curriculum carefully designed to provide a rich academic foundation and foster child creativity, confidence, and independence.”
